Fundamentals of Dog Training

Registration Form

This form is to register for our March 24 Fundamentals of Dog Training Seminar
Seminar will be held at the training center and begin at 10am sharp. 
Please arrive 20-30 min early to find parking, set up your chair and get organized.
Bring: Chair, Notepad and Pen, Lunch and Drink
Bathroom will be available on site.
Only dogs who have been approved for WORKING SPOTS in the seminar will be permitted.
If you need to bring your dog, please have it crated or secured safely in your car.

If you are applying for a working spot, and we don't know your dog already, please fill out our Client Application Form after you have submitted this registration. We also need videos of you and your dog submitted via our Facebook messenger page, prior to March 10. Only 4 dogs will be selected and they will be selected based on their ability to compliment the learning theory portion of the seminar and benefit all participants.
Absolutely no aggression cases. Must be safe around people.
Untrained dogs or puppies will have special consideration.
